Meet the Founder - Brittany Jez, MS, GC 

Brittany Jež is a genetic counselor and researcher who was born with hypermobile Ehlers Danlos syndrome (hEDS), a connective tissue disorder.
After conducting her master’s thesis on hEDS diagnostics in healthcare, she became an advocate within the rare disease community.

Driven by passion and purpose, Brittany founded Rare Genetics Consulting LLC with a vision to empower initiatives that promote understanding and compassion in the field of human genetics. With a sharp eye for innovation and a heart rooted in community, Brittany brings both creativity and clarity to everything she does.
